摘  要:设计一种直喷式四冲程CAE,利用GT-Power软件建立CAE仿真模型,搭建供气试验平台调试出最优供气系统,搭建试验台架进行整机试验,试验验证了CAE的运转可行性。利用MATLAB软件对比分析仿真与试验结果,得到不同充气压力下的缸压曲线图,验证了仿真模型的正确性;得到了CAE输出参数(输出扭矩、输出功率、排气压力和排气温度)和CAE输入参数(充气持续角、充气提前角和发动机转速)之间的关系,并找到最佳充气提前角为-70°CA,这些结论在新能源汽车研究领域具有一定的意义。A direct injection four stroke CAE was designed,CAE simulation model was established by GT-Power software,the gas supply test platform was set up and the optimal gas supply system was debugged,test bench was set up to test the whole ma⁃chine,the feasibility of CAE operation was verified by experiments.MATLAB software was used to analyze the simulation and test results,and the cylinder pressure curves under different inflating pressures were obtained,which verified the correctness of the simulation model;The relationship between CAE output parameters(output torque,output power,exhaust pressure and exhaust temperature)and CAE input parameters(inflatable continuous angle,inflatable advance angle and engine speed)was ob⁃tained,and the optimum inflatable advance angle was found to be-70℃A.These conclusions have certain significance in the re⁃search field of new energy vehicles.
