摘 要:为给纯电动汽车研发过程提供动力系统性能评价的参考依据,集成搭建了纯电动汽车动力系统试验台,并开发了基于控制器局域网络(CAN)通信的测控系统。根据纯电动汽车的标准工况测试原理,动力系统试验台主要划分为主控制系统、驱动电机系统、负载系统和动力电池系统四大模块。通过NEDC工况跟随性模拟试验,初步验证所开发的动力系统试验台的可靠性。结果表明:所搭建的纯电动汽车动力系统试验台能够较好地按照预设汽车行驶标准工况进行试验,动力性能可靠,经济性能良好。所搭建的试验台可为纯电动汽车的研发提供参考依据,同时也能为其他纯电动汽车动力系统试验台的开发提供经验。In order to provide a reference for evaluating the performance of the power system in the development process of pure electric vehicles,a test bench for the powertrain system of pure electric vehicle was built,and a measurement and control system based on controller area network(CAN)communication was developed.According to the standard working condition test princi ple of pure electric vehicle,the test bench for the power system is mainly divided into four modules:main control system,drive mo tor system,load system and power battery system.The reliability of the power system test bench developed is preliminarily verified by the NEDC performance follow-up simulation experiment.The results show that the developed test bench of pure electric vehicle power system can be well tested in accordance with the preset standard driving conditions.The dynamic performance is reliable and the economic performance is good.The test bench built can provide reference for the development of pure electric vehicle,and can also provide experience for the development of other test bench for the power system of pure electric vehicle.
