摘　　要：新时代地方高校始终不忘教学初心,牢记育人使命,紧紧围绕“立德树人”的根本任务,勇于探索新时代党建工作与教学工作的结合点,精心打造“党建+人才培养、党建+教学改革、党建+师资建设、党建+协同发展、党建+双创实践”的育人新模式,为地方高校的发展赋予新的机遇。In the new era,local colleges and universities insist their original intention of teaching and their mission of educating people.By closely centering on the fundamental task of“Enhance Morality and Foster Talents”,they explore the combination of party building and teaching;therefore,the new education mode of“Party building+talent training”,“Party building+reform of teaching”,“Party building+teachers construction”,“Party building+coordinated development”,“Party building+Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice”has been carefully constructed and it also brings new opportunities for the development of local universities.
