转移性三阴乳腺癌患者接受吉西他滨与铂类药物联合治疗的价值研究

摘　　要：目的研究转移性三阴乳腺癌患者接受吉西他滨和铂类药物联合治疗的临床价值。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月本院接受治疗的86例转移性三阴乳腺癌(TNBC)患者作为此次研究对象,随机分为对比组、分析组各43例。对比组实行常规化疗治疗,分析组则给予吉西他滨联合铂类药物治疗。对两组疗效、不良反应和远期生存率进行比较。结果分析组疗效、疾病缓解率均比对比组高,数据间有显著差异(P<0.05);两组不良反应相比,组间数据无明显统计学差异(P>0.05);分析组中位疾病进展时间、1年生存率优于对比组,但数据之间无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论对转移性三阴乳腺癌患者采取吉西他滨联合铂类药物治疗效果较为理想,对于疾病治疗具有积极作用,值得推广。Objective To study the value of gemcitabine combined with platinum in the treatment of metastatic triple negative breast cancer.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019,86 patients with metastatic triple negative breast cancer(TNBC)in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into control group(n=43)and analysis group(n=43).The control group received conventional chemotherapy,while the analysis group received gemcitabine combined with platinum drugs.The efficacy,side effects and long-term survival rate of the two groups were compared.Results The curative effect and disease remission rate of the analysis group were higher than those of the control group,and there was significant difference between the data(P<0.05);the data difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05);the median disease progression time and 1-year survival rate of the analysis group were better than those of the control group,but the difference between the data was small(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of gemcitabine combined with platinum in the treatment of metastatic triple negative breast cancer is ideal,which has a positive effect on the treatment of the disease and is worth popularizing.
