摘　　要：目的探究分析针刺配合耳穴治疗胃肠肿瘤腹部手术患者术后肠梗阻的效果,为临床治疗胃肠肿瘤腹部手术患者术后肠梗阻提供参考和借鉴。方法本次研究起止时间为2018年10月至2020年10月,在该时间段内选取60例胃肠肿瘤腹部手术术后肠梗阻患者作为观察对象,利用计算机数字随机模型对患者进行分组,分成观察组(n=30)与对照组(n=30),观察组实施针刺配合耳穴治疗,对照组实施常规对症治疗,比较不同治疗模式下患者的临床治疗效果,统计患者治疗后的首次排气时间与首次排便时间。结果观察组临床总治疗有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(80.00%)(χ2=4.0431,P=0.0443);治疗后,观察组患者的首次排气时间与首次排便时间均短于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合耳穴治疗方法简单,易操作,对于胃肠肿瘤腹部手术术后肠梗阻患者具有良好的治疗效果,能够有效缩短患者首次排气时间和排便时间,改善预后。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with ear points in the treatment of postoperative intestinal obstruction in patients with gastrointestinal tumor undergoing abdominal surgery,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of postoperative intestinal obstruction in patients with gastrointestinal tumor undergoing abdominal surgery.Methods From October 2018 to October 2020,60 patients with intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery of gastrointestinal tumor were selected as the observation objects,and the patients were divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30)by using computer digital random model.The former group was treated with acupuncture combined with ear acupoints,and the latter group was treated with conventional symptomatic treatment The clinical treatment effect of patients under different treatment modes,the first exhaust time and the first defecation time of patients after treatment were counted.Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(χ^(2)=4.0431,P=0.0443);after treatment,the first exhaust time and first defecation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with ear points is simple and easy to operate.It has a good therapeutic effect for patients with intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery for gastrointestinal tumors.It can effectively shorten the time of first exhaust and defecation and improve the prognosis.
