半夏泻心汤辅助改善伊立替康所致延迟性腹泻的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究半夏泻心汤辅助改善伊立替康所致延迟性腹泻的临床疗效。方法选取2016年9月至2019年9月在我院进行伊立替康化疗的50例患者为研究对象,所有患者在治疗过程中辅以半夏泻心汤治疗,治疗后对其延迟性腹泻发生率、恶心呕吐及血液毒性程度进行观察。结果50例患者共实施100次伊立替康化疗,其中出现Ⅰ级及Ⅱ级延迟性腹泻的次数分别为15次、3次,延迟性腹泻发生率最高的治疗方案为伊立替康联合亚叶酸钙及氟尿嘧啶,而伊立替康使用剂量与延迟性腹泻发生率之间未表现出相关性。治疗后,患者恶心呕吐及血液毒性程度多数为0级或1级。结论对于使用伊立替康进行化疗的患者,辅以半夏泻心汤治疗,可降低延迟性腹泻发生率,并减轻药物对血液的毒性及恶心呕吐程度,从而有助于治疗效果的提高。Objective To study the effect of banxia xiexin decoction in the treatment of delayed diarrhea caused by irinotecan.Methods Fifty patients who received irinotecan chemotherapy in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects.All patients were treated with banxia xiexin decoction during the treatment process,and the incidence of delayed diarrhea after treatment,nausea,vomiting,and blood toxicity.Results Fifty patients received a total of 100 irinotecan chemotherapy,of which the number of delayed diarrhea grade I and grade II were 15 times and 3 times respectively.The treatment with the highest incidence of delayed diarrhea was irinotecan combined with calcium leucovorin and Fluorouracil,and irinotecan dose did not show a correlation with the incidence of delayed diarrhea.After treatment,most patients with nausea,vomiting and blood toxicity were grade 0 or 1.Conclusion For patients using irinotecan for chemotherapy,supplemented with banxia xiexin decoction can reduce the incidence of delayed diarrhea,and reduce the toxicity of the drug to the blood and the degree of nausea and vomiting,thereby helping to improve the therapeutic effect.
