摘  要:由于腐殖酸液肥生产中反应釜温度具有延迟性、非线性以及时变性特性,传统PID控制算法难以实现较好的控制效果。为了优化腐殖酸液肥生产中反应釜温度的控制,采用DMC-PID串级控制算法,该算法主要在主回路中采用DMC控制算法,利用反应釜釜底温度的实时值与设定值之间的偏差设定冷却剂的给水流量,而后经过冷却剂出水流量的不断调节,使温度达到设定值。并通过MATLAB仿真证明,DMC-PID串级控制算法与传统PID控制算法相比,大大缩小超调量,减短其调节时间,展现了更好的控制效果。Due to the time delay,nonlinearity and time-varying characteristics of the reactor temperature in the production of humic acid liquid fertilizer,the traditional PID control algorithm is difficult to achieve good control effect.In order to optimize the temperature control of the reactor in the production of humic acid liquid fertilizer,DMC-PID control algorithm is adopted.The algorithm mainly adopts DMC control algorithm in the main circuit.The deviation between the real-time value and the set value of the bottom temperature of the reactor is used to set the feed water flow of the coolant,and then the temperature reaches the set value through the continuous adjustment of the outlet flow of the coolant.Through MATLAB simulation,it is proved that DMC-PID control algorithm can greatly reduce the overshoot,shorten the adjustment time,and show better control effect compared with traditional PID control algorithm.
