摘 要:文章旨在探讨日粮添加富硒酵母对分娩后奶牛采食量、血液生化及激素水平的影响。试验将分娩后28 d、平均初始体重为(616.97±4.51)kg的20头奶牛随机分为2组,每组5个重复,每个重复2头,对照组饲喂基础全混合日粮(以亚硒酸钠的形式补充0.2 mg/kg硒),处理组饲喂基础全混合日粮+2 g/kg富硒酵母(硒含量为100 mg/kg)。试验从分娩后28 d持续至112 d。结果:对照组与富硒酵母组对奶牛分娩后28、56、84和112 d的采食量和体重的影响均无显著差异(P>0.05)。对照组与富硒酵母组对奶牛分娩后不同时期血清葡萄糖和尿素氮浓度的影响也无显著差异(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,富硒酵母组奶牛分娩后28、56、84和112 d血浆硒浓度分别显著提高57.60%、62.12%、62.01%和61.88%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,富硒酵母组奶牛分娩后56和84 d血浆孕酮浓度分别显著提高66.15%和80.10%(P<0.05)。结论:全混合日粮添加2 g/kg富硒酵母可以显著提高奶牛分娩后28~112 d血浆硒浓度及分娩后56和84 d血浆孕酮浓度。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of selenium rich yeast supplementation on feed intake,blood biochemical and hormone levels of dairy cows at different stages after parturition.Twenty dairy cows with an average initial body weight of(616.97±4.51)kg 28 days after parturition were randomly divided into two groups with five replicates per group and two cows per replicate.Dairy cows in the control group were fed a basal total mixed diet supplemented with 0.2 mg/kg Se in the form of sodium selenite,and those in the treatment group were fed a basal total mixed diet supplemented with 2 g/kg Se-rich yeast(Se content was 100 mg/kg).The experiment lasted from 28 days to 112 days after delivery.Results:There were no significant differences in feed intake and body weight on 28,56,84 and 112 days after parition between control group and Se-enriched yeast group(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in serum glucose and urea nitrogen concentrations between control group and Se-enriched yeast group at different stages after parturition(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,plasma Se concentration in Se-enriched yeast group was significantly increased by 57.60%,62.12%,62.01%and 61.88%on 28,56,84 and 112 days after parition,respectively(P<0.05).Compared with control group,plasma progesterone concentration in Se-enriched yeast group was significantly increased by 66.15%and 80.10%on 56 and 84 d after parition(P<0.05),respectively.Conclusions:The supplementation of 2 g/kg Se-rich yeast in the total mixed diet can significantly increase the plasma selenium concentration at 28~112 days after parition and plasma progesterone concentration at 56 and 84 days after parition.
