戴思恭医事活动及其《推求师意》探微

摘　　要：[目的]探析戴思恭之医事活动及其《推求师意》著述特点。[方法]运用文献研究方法通过对《戴氏宗谱》《推求师意》等文献的探讨和分析,总结和归纳戴思恭的出身、学识、医术、品行、声望,对丹溪学术传承的贡献,以及其所著《推求师意》之书名、著述特点和流传形式等。[结果]戴思恭世袭望族,出身儒家,天资聪颖超群穷究医学,旁通诸家,得丹溪之赏识;游学民间传医论道,广丹溪之学术;悬壶济世,名振朝野,受众人所景仰;恩泽当代,德被后人,传万世之美名;尊师重道,训示后代,垂仁义之典范。所著《推求师意》书名本就存在,并非汪机所题;其著述内容是对师说《金匮钩玄》之补充发挥;流传形式或有多种可能。[结论]丹溪嫡传弟子戴思恭,出身儒门旺族,颖悟倍常,医事人生精彩。《推求师意》本有其名,其流传形式和版本、具体著述特点、主要学术内容及其渊源等有待进一步考证。[Objective]To explore DAI Sigong’s medical activities and the writing characteristics of"Seeking Teacher’s Intention".[Methods]By using the method of literature research,through discussing and analyzing the literature such as"DAI’s Genealogy"and"Seeking Teacher’s Intention",this article summarized and induced DAI Sigong’s origin,knowledge,medical skill,character,reputation,contribution to Danxi’s academic inheritance,and the title,writing characteristics and spreading form of"Seeking Teacher’s Intention".[Results]DAI Sigong was born in a famous Confucian family,and he was gifted and brilliant.He was proficient in medicine,familiar with marginal subjects,and gained Danxi’s appreciation.He taught medical principles among the people and promoted Danxi’s academic thoughts,practiced medicine in order to help people,which was famous in the court and the folk,and respected by the masses.He gave favors to contemporary people,set an example for future generations,and left a good reputation for thousands of generations.DAI respected teachers,instructed future generations with medical ethics,and set a good example of benevolence and righteousness.The book name of"Seeking Teacher’s Intention"had existed for a long time,may not be named by WANG Ji,and the content of his writings was a supplement to"Essence Exploration of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber".There are many possible forms of transmission.[Conclusion]DAI Sigong,a direct disciple of Danxi,was born in the Confucian family,and his medical life was wonderful.The name of"Seeking Teacher’s Intention"already exists,but its spreading form,version,specific writing features,main academic content and its origin need further textual research.
