摘  要:针对目前虚拟现实(Virtual Reality,VR)拆装训练系统开发效率低、通用性不足、开发成本高,开发了一种虚拟拆装训练产生式系统,用户仅需编揖一次模型位姿和拆装过程模型,即可生成提供演示、训练、考核三种模式的拆装训练程序,全程无需编程。通过拆装过程模型,能够描述大多数拆装过程,为虚拟拆装训练产生式系统的实现奠定基础;对模型位姿编辑和操作步骤编辑方法进行研究和实现,实现了拆装任务可视化编辑器。对拆装训练的三种训练模式和用户学员系统进行设计与实现。进行了实例应用与案例开发,结果表明使用本系统开发VR拆装训练程序,无需编程,开发效率高。In view of the low development efficiency,lack of versatility and high development cost of the current VR assembly and disassembly training system,a virtual assembly and disassembly training generative system is developed,in which the user only needs to edit the model pose and disassembly process model once to generate a disassembly training program providing three modes of demonstration,training and assessment,without programming throughout.The proposed disassembly process model,which can describe most of the disassembly process,lays the foundation for the implementation of the virtual disassembly training generative system;the research and implementation of the model posture editing and operation step editing methods,and the realization of the disassembly task visualization editor.Three training modes of disassembly training and user trainee system are designed and implemented.Example applications and case development were carried out,and the results showed that the VR disassembly training program was developed using this system without programming and with high development efficiency.
