传统方法修复全口义齿与生物功能性全口义齿修复系统的效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较传统方法修复全口义齿与生物功能性全口义齿修复系统的效果。方法选取2018年10月至2020年10月汉中市口腔医院口腔修复科收治的50例全口牙列缺失患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组采用传统方法修复全口义齿,观察组采用生物功能性全口义齿修复系统。比较两组的牙槽嵴高度、咀嚼功能指标、舒适度评分、生活质量评分及满意度。结果治疗前,两组的牙槽嵴高度、咀嚼效率、咀嚼物吸光度值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的牙槽嵴高度、咀嚼效率、咀嚼物吸光度值均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的舒适度评分及生活质量各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的舒适度评分及生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度为96.00%,高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05)。结论相较于传统方法修复全口义齿,生物功能性全口义齿修复系统可更好地改善全口牙列缺失患者的咀嚼功能,提升舒适度、生活质量及满意度。Objective To compare the effects of traditional method repairment of complete denture and biofunctional prosthetic system.Methods From October 2018 to October 2020,50 patients with complete dentition loss admitted in prosthodontics department of Hanzhong stomatological hospital were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional method repairment of complete denture,and the observation group was treated with biofunctional prosthetic system.The alveolar ridge height,masticatory function indexes,comfort score,quality of life score and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in alveolar ridge height,masticatory efficiency and absorbance value of masticatory substance between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the alveolar ridge height,masticatory efficiency and absorbance value of masticatory substance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of comfort and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of comfort and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 76.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional method repairment of complete denture,the biofunctional prosthetic system can better ameliorate the masticatory function,improve comfort,quality of life and satisfaction of patients with complete dentition loss.
