摘  要:为了提高大型冷库系统温控技术性能,克服传统机械温控方式的不足,实现冷库温度智能控制和远程监控。在提出系统设计思路、分析模糊控制方法的基础上,通过在系统控制环路中设计一种模糊控制器,采用ARM Cortex®-M4内核的STM32F4芯片从硬件和软件两方面来构建温度模糊控制系统,运用WiFi方式,将采集到的各节点温度、电机挡位等数据上传到OneNET物联网平台,开发移动端应用作为监控系统的显示终端,达到远程实时监控的效果。这对大型冷库温度智能远程控制系统的研发和实现具有重要的作用和意义。In order to improve the performance of large-scale cold storage system temperature control tech-nology,overcome the shortcomings of traditional mechanical temperature control methods,and realize intelli-gent control and remote monitoring of cold storage temperature.On the basis of proposing system design ideas and analyzing fuzzy control methods,by designing a fuzzy controller in the system control loop,using the STM32F4 chip with ARM Cortex®-M4 core to construct a temperature fuzzy control system from both hard-ware and software aspects,Using WiFi,upload the collected data of each node temperature,motor gear and other data to the OneNET Internet of Things platform,and develop a mobile application as the display terminal of the monitoring system to achieve the effect of remote real-time monitoring.This has an important role and significance for the development and realization of the intelligent remote control system for the temperature of large-scale cold storage.
