摘　　要：立足于科技型中小企业,通过对国外科技型中小企业研发补贴的典型经验进行系统梳理和分析,并在此基础上提出我国科技型中小企业研发补助政策的相关建议。Based on technology-based SMEs,this article systematically sorts out and analyzes the typical experience of foreign technology-based SMEs in R&D subsidies,and puts forward relevant recommendations on the R&D subsidy policy for technology-based SMEs.
