摘 要:为了评价酸角果实品质,采用相关分析、主成分分析和聚类分析方法对119份酸角样品的15项果实品质指标进行评价分析。结果表明:(1)单果重与果实长度、果实宽度、单果种子数、果肉湿重存在极显著正相关;果肉质量百分比与种子数、种子千粒重存在显著负相关;种子质量百分比与果肉质量百分比、可食率存在极显著负相关;(2)前6个主要成分的累计方差贡献率达82.182%,即代表了全部信息的82.182%;(3)酸角果实15项品质指标通过聚类分析可简化为单果重、可食率、果肉质量百分比、种子质量百分比、糖酸比和厚宽比6项代表性品质评价指标。In order to evaluate the quality of tamarind(Tamarindus indicus L),the correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis were used to analyze 15 quality evaluation indexes of 119 samples of Tamarinds indicia Linn collected from different locations in Hainan province.The results showed that fruit weight is significantly positively correlated with fruit length,fruit width,the number of seed and wet flesh weight,while the percentage of flesh is significantly negatively correlated with seed number and 1000-seed weight.The percentage of seed weight is negatively correlated with the percentage of flesh weight and edibility.The cumulative variance contribution rate of the first six main indexes is 82.182%,indicating these six main indexes make up 82.182%of all the indexes in quality analysis.The 15 quality indexes were analyzed by using cluster analysis,of which 6 indexes are selected to be representative factors for quality evaluation,including fruit weight,edible rate,the percentage of flesh,the percentage of seed,ratio of sugar to acid and ratio of thickness to width.
