摘 要:以菠萝叶纤维为原料,采用水溶液微波辅助聚合方式将丙烯酸(AA)接枝到处理后的菠萝叶纤维素以制备吸水树脂。研究引发剂用量、AA中和度、交联剂用量、微波功率、微波反应时间和AA浓度对树脂吸水率的影响。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)和热重分析仪(TG)对其结构和形貌进行表征。结果表明,引发剂用量为AA用量比率的2.5%,中和度为70%,交联剂相对AA用量(7.15g)为0.005g,微波功率200W,微波反应为时间7min,AA浓度为1.15mol/L时,树脂吸水率较优(516g/g),吸盐率为112g/g。Pineapple leaf fiber was used as raw material to prepare water absorbentresin with high water absorption and grafted acrylic acid(AA)onto the treated pineapple leaf cellulose by an aqueous polymerization method with microwave-assisted.The effects of AA monomer dosage ratio,initiator dosage,crosslinking agent dosage,microwave power and time on the liquid absorption rate of microspheres were studied.X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)were used to investigate structure and morphology.The results show that the optimum is that the ratio of initiator to AA is 2.5%,the degree of neutralization is 70%,the ratio of cross linker to AA(7.15g)is 0.005g,the microwave power is 200W,the time is 7min,and the concentration of AA is 1.15mol/L,respectively.The water absorption rate is 516g/g,and the salt absorption rate is 112g/g.
