摘  要:针对某高层剪力墙结构在附墙塔吊起吊重物时明显晃动的现象,采用现场测试、有限元模拟与简化理论分析相结合的方法,首次研究了高层剪力墙结构在塔吊起吊动荷载作用下的动力响应特性及抑制响应的主要工程措施。研究结果表明:尽管此类结构在设计上满足规范要求,但塔吊起吊加速度的1.2Hz低频频率与23层结构扭转频率接近;在塔吊安置位置较特殊时,结构顶部最大响应加速度超过0.8m/s^(2),结构变形呈明显扭转特征,对施工人员舒适度乃至结构安全产生显著影响;通过简化模型理论分析和有限元模拟验证,发现可通过适当减弱附墙连杆刚度达到错开结构频率与塔吊起吊低频频率的目的,并抑制结构的动力响应。所揭示的晃动原因及提出的工程措施对减轻高层剪力墙结构因塔吊起吊动荷载产生的动力响应有一定的指导意义。Facing obvious sloshing of a high-rise shear wall structure in Wuhan when lifting heavy objects,dynamic response of this structure under lifting load of the tower crane and main engineering measures to suppress response are studied by combining field tests,finite element simulation and simplified theoretical analysis at the first time.The results show that although the design of such main structures meet code requirements,low-frequency components of the tower’s hoisting load close to the structure’s torsion frequency,and in the tower’s special position the structure’s dynamic response shows obvious torsional characteristics,which influences on the workers’comfort and even the structure safety.Through simplified model theoretical analysis and finite element simulation verification,it is proposed that the stiffness of the connecting rod attached wall can be optimized to achieve the purpose of stagger the structural frequency and the low-frequency components of the tower crane to suppress the dynamic response of the high-rise building to ensure the safety of the structure,which has certain guiding significance for the design and construction of high-rise buildings.
