摘　　要：心肾相关理论是中医藏象学说的重要组成部分,对其进行溯源和整理,对临床有一定指导意义。本文通过梳理《内经》《伤寒论》及后世医家的相关著作,探讨张仲景在《伤寒论》中“心肾相关”理论的论述,以及对后世医家如朱丹溪、严用和、叶天士等产生的影响,旨在拓宽思路,以更好地指导临床。The theory of'Heart-Kidney correlation'is an important part of the theory of Zang Xiang in TCM.Tracing the theory origin and sorting it out has a significant guidance for clinical practice.Through combing the Internal Classic,Treatise on Febrile Diseases and the related works of later doctors about the theory,this study discussed the relevant elucidations in Treatise on Febrile Diseases'and its influence to the later doctors,such as ZHU Danxi,YAN Yonghe and YE Tianshi,aiming to broaden the thought and better guide the clinical practice.
