摘　　要：带电作业作为提高配网稳定性的一个重要举措,在检修手段中起着举足轻重的作用。而带电作业技术不断发展,也使作业设备不断更新换代,来适应检修的水平。目前进行带负荷更换一些设备时就必须用到绝缘引流线,而绝缘引流线使用过程中会出现一些危险因素,绝缘引流线的托架就是为了解决绝缘引流线使用过程的一些弊端来设计的,从而使带电作业更加安全,配网线路运行更加可靠。With the further development of society,people have higher and higher requirements for the quality of power supply,and live working,as an important measure to improve the stability of distribution network,has become a pivotal role in the maintenance means.With the continuous development of live working technology,the working equipment is constantly updated to adapt to the level of maintenance.At present,the insulated drain line must be used when replacing some equipment with load,and some risk factors will appear in the process of using the insulated drain line.The bracket of insulated drain line discussed in this paper is designed to solve some disadvantages in the process of using insulated drain line.So that live working is more safe and distribution line operation is more reliable.
