摘 要:目的为肺癌患者化疗提供个性化的化疗药物剂量控制模型,做到精准化疗。方法利用本院医疗数据平台筛选出2010-2020年的肺癌化疗患者数据,并进行分析总结。结果根据临床转归情况,归纳出化疗药物剂量、患者个体差异(性别、年龄、身高、体重等)配置相关的logistic模型,结合全景视图建立肺癌化疗药物剂量控制模型,将模型内置在医生工作站界面药物医嘱功能模块中。医生开具化疗药物医嘱时,系统根据患者基本信息,自动给出药物剂量。结论全景视图的肺癌药物剂量控制模型,可使化疗药物剂量在不同患者间实现个性化,剂量精准,同时可减少医生手工计算工作,减轻医生工作负担。Objective To provide personalized dose control model for chemotherapy of lung cancer patients and achieve precision chemotherapy.Methods Data of lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy were selected and analyzed.Results Induce chemotherapy doses and differences in individual patients(gender,age,height,weight,etc.)according to the clinical outcome to configure related logistic model.Combined with panoramic views,a lung cancer chemotherapy drug dose control model was established,and built in the doctor workstation interface with the module of doctor's drug.When doctors prescribed chemotherapy drugs,the system automatically gave the drug dosage according to the basic information of patients.Conclusion The lung cancer drug dose control model with panoramic view can personalize chemotherapy drug dose among different patients,achieving dosage accuracy,and can reduce the manual calculation of doctors to reduce the burden.
