点云与倾斜模型在新型基础测绘中的应用

摘　　要：随着对上海市新型基础测绘试点项目的探索,新型基础测绘体系建设内容逐渐"明朗化"。基于激光点云数据与倾斜模型数据,针对新型基础测绘成果体系,研究了新型基础测绘的数字化测图方法,总结了数字化测图的技术流程,提出了数字化测图过程中针对城市道路、街坊内部的点线面要素的采集方法,最后分析了此种方法数字化成图后成果的主要误差来源以及存在的问题和建议。With the exploration of the new basic surveying and mapping pilot project in Shanghai,the construction content of the new basic surveying and mapping system is gradually becoming clear.Based on the laser point cloud data and model data,the new system of basic surveying and mapping results,the new type of basic surveying and mapping method of digital mapping,digital mapping were summarized in the technical process,the process of digital mapping for urban road,dot,line,area internal elements of neighborhood collection method,the digital mapping results were finally analyzed after the main error source and the existing problems and suggestions.
