摘 要:研究旨在建立凯氏定氮法测定饲料中粗蛋白含量不确定度的评定方法,GUM法和MCM法,并对这两种方法进行比较,通过建立测量模型,分析产生不确定度的来源,对不确定度的组成进行了评定和量化。结果表明:GUM法和MCM法测定饲料中粗蛋白含量的结果均为(19.6±0.1)%,两者评定的结果一致,达到预期。分析过程显示不确定度的主要来源是重复测定和盐酸滴定液消耗体积。The purpose of the research was to establish the uncertainty evaluation method GUM and MCM methods for the determination of crude protein content in feed by Kjeldahl method,and to compare these two methods.A mathematical mode of uncertainty evaluation was established and the sources of uncertainty were analyzed and evaluated,during the whole determination procedure.The results showed that GUM and MCM methods determined the crude protein content in the feed and the results were expressed as(19.6±0.1)%,and the results of the two evaluations were consistent and reached expectations.The analysis process showed that the main source of uncertainty was the uncertainty introduced by repeated measurements and the consumption volume of the hydrochloric acid titrant.
