基于《内经》“散而泻之”理论的表里双解法演变探析

摘　　要：源于内经的表里双解法在其历史演变过程中,分化出理法相同而方药相异的两类形式,一类是以解表药和清里药组成固定的核心药物,因后世对麻黄和石膏组成的药对发挥更多,故选其为代表,《伤寒论》中大青龙汤为开端,三黄石膏汤、防风通圣散紧接其后,组方皆承接麻黄、石膏药对,此类即继承法度又继承核心药物,但药随法用,承药即承法,故简称承药类。另一类是只秉承解表和清里思路,并不拘泥于核心药物组成。以《伤寒论》葛根芩连汤为首,定喘汤、升降散为代表,仅承解表清里法度,简称承法类,文章讨论承药类,通过对三个代表方解析,以观演变过程,探索其内在联系性,明晰类别脉络。In the process of its historical evolution, two kinds of forms, one is the core drug which is composed of Jiebiao medicine and Qingli medicine, and the other is the core drug which is composed of Ephedra and gypsum. Therefore, it is selected as the representative. Daqinglong Decoction in Treatise on Febrile Diseases starts with Sanhuang gypsum Decoction and Fangfengtongsheng powder, followed by Sanhuang gypsum Decoction and Fangfengtongsheng powder Fang all accepts ephedra and gypsum drug pairs. This kind of drug inherits both the law and the core drug, but the drug is used with the law, and the drug bearing is the law, so it is called the drug bearing type for short. The other is only adhering to the idea of "understanding the exterior and clearing the interior", and not sticking to the core drug composition. Taking Gegen Qinlian decoction as the head, Dingchuan Decoction and Shengjiang Powder as the representatives, the paper only deals with the exterior Qingli method, which is called Chengfa category for short. The article discusses the Chengfa category. Through the analysis of the three representative prescriptions, the evolution process is observed, the internal relationship is explored, and the category context is clarified.
