摘  要:为解决机械设备安全运行监测设备的续航能力差、需要频繁更换电池的问题,设计了一种低功耗自供电机械设备状态监测系统.该系统由磁悬浮电磁能量采集器、能量管理电路、低功耗无线传感电路以及监测上位机组成,通过收集机械设备运行状态下溢散的振动能量为监测节点供电,同时将机械设备运行状态下的温度和振动信息通过蓝牙传输方式发送到接收器,并在监测上位机显示和存储.设计了低功耗传感监测电路并优化了供电逻辑.对监测系统性能进行了实验测试,结果表明该系统可以实现机械设备的无线自供电监测.In order to solve the problems of poor battery life and frequent battery replacement of monitoring equipment for monitoring the state of mechanical equipment,a low-power self-powered mechanical equipment condition monitoring system design was proposed.The system was composed of a magnetic levitation electromagnetic energy harvester,an energy management circuit,a low-power wireless sensor circuit,and a monitoring host computer.It collected the vibration energy spilled in the operating state of the mechanical equipment to supply power to the monitoring node,and at the same time sent the temperature and vibration information of the mechanical equipment in the operating state to the receiver through Bluetooth transmission and displayed by and stored it on the monitoring host computer.Design low-power sensing and monitoring circuits and optimize power supply logic.The results of performance test show that wireless self-powered monitoring of mechanical equipment can be realized.
