磁传感器阵列安装误差标定与补偿

摘　　要：针对实际工程应用中磁通门传感器与磁传感器阵列安装误差会影响磁场检测精度的问题,提出了一种能够实时有效标定及补偿安装误差角的方法.通过分析安装误差角的产生机理,建立了安装误差模型和误差修正模型,对比不同位置状态下磁传感器阵列输出的磁场三分量,得到基于三位置法求解和补偿安装误差角的方法.通过试验验证了该方法的正确性,结果表明:该方法能实时有效地标定和补偿磁通门传感器与磁传感器阵列之间的安装误差角,安装误差角标定精度在0.2°以内,相同磁场环境下磁传感器阵列输出的正反方向磁感应强度绝对值之差在100nT以内,比未标定前提升了两个数量级,具有工程应用价值.In order to solve the problem that installation error of fluxgate sensor and magnetic tensor measurement array will affect the accuracy of magnetic field tensor measurement in practical engineering application,a real-time and effective calibration method was proposed to compensate misalignment angles.By analyzing the mechanism of installation error angle,the installation error model and the error correction model was established,and by comparing three component output of magnetic field from magnetic sensor array in different position,a method of solving and correcting the installation error angle based on three position was obtained.The tests verified the calculation and correction algorithm of installation error angle.The results shows that the method can be used to solve and correct the installation error angle between fluxgate sensor and magnetic field tensor measurement array effectively,the calibration accuracy of installation error angle is within 0.2°,the output absolute value of positive and negative magnetic induction of the magnetic field tensor measurement array is within 100nT in the same magnetic field environment after correcting the installation error angle,the accuracy is improved 2orders,and works with engineering application value.
