摘  要:研究目的:跨越铁路桥梁,尤其是高速铁路,为了减少对既有铁路运营干扰,确保铁路安全,桥梁往往采用转体结构设计。本文以龙岩大桥为研究对象,研究超大吨位转体结构设计的整个流程、转体结构布置、设计关键点、检算要求等,得到超大吨位转体结构体系设计的全流程方法。研究结论:(1)对比分析不同转体铰构件组成、传力特点、工作原理,得到与桥塔结构结合最理想转体铰形式;(2)开展转体流程分析、各关键构件的布置研究,获得最合理的转体结构布置体系;(3)各种荷载工况作用下,转体铰、转盘、撑脚、牵引系统、助推系统、锁定结构等关键构件,受力、变形较均匀,应力水平合理,结构强度和刚度指标优异;(4)整个转体结构转体前、转体中抗倾覆稳定性好,满足规范要求;(5)本研究成果详细阐明了超大吨位转体结构体系设计全过程,可为转体工程的设计、施工提供实际参考。Research purposes:In order to reduce the interference to the operation of the existing railway and ensure the safety of the railway,the bridge is often designed with a rotating structure.In this paper,the whole process,layout,key points and checking requirements of the design of the super-large tonnage rotary structure of Longyan Bridge are studied,and the whole design process method of super-large tonnage rotaty structure system is obtained.Research conclusions:(1)By comparing and analyzing the composition,force transfer characteristics and working principle of different rotary hinge members,the optimum rotary hinge type is obtained by combining with the bridge tower structure;(2)The most reasonable rotary structure arrangement system is obtained by carrying out the analysis of the rotation flow and the arrangement of each key member;(3)Under various load conditions,the key components such as rotary hinge,turntable,brace,traction system,booster and locking structure show uniform stress and deformation,reasonable stress level,excellent structural strength and stiffness;(4)The whole rotary structure has good stability against overturning before and during rotating,and meets the requirements of the code;(5)The research results illustrate in detail the whole design process of super tonnage rotary structure system,which can provide practical reference for the design and construction of rotary engineering.
