摘  要:研究目的:高速铁路无砟轨道线形状态直接影响轨道维护质量和旅客舒适度,受各种因素影响逐步出现了各种线形偏差问题,影响线路运营品质和安全。本文研究采用一种不影响高速铁路安全运行的桥梁顶升及移梁纠偏理论及技术,对运营高速铁路桥梁沉降与偏移进行整治,并以工程案例加以验证,以期为同类问题整治提供参考。研究结论:(1)利用内力相互传递的作用机理和摩擦阻荷原理,以桥墩作为竖向支撑和平移反力系统,提出了满足高铁运营安全条件下的高铁桥梁移梁理论方法;(2)采用数值模拟计算的方法,提出了顶升移梁纠偏时单次顶升量宜控制在10 mm以内和平移量的最大值不应超过30 mm;当采用隔墩纠偏时,单次平移量最大值不应超过10 mm;(3)通过实际案例验证,纠偏平移总体精度可控制在3 mm左右,完全满足运营高速铁路桥梁沉降与偏移整治精度和轨道精调精度要求,且能同时实现桥梁墩身沉降和偏移病害处理;(4)本文研究对运营高速铁路桥梁沉降与偏移整治具有指导意义。Research purposes:The linear state of ballastless track of high-speed railway directly affects the track maintenance quality and passenger comfort.Influenced by various factors,various linear deviation problems gradually appear,which affect the line operation quality and safety.In this paper,a bridge lifting and shifting beam correction theory and technology that does not affect the safe operation of high-speed railway is adopted to remedy the settlement and deviation of the high-speed railway bridge in operation,and it is verified by engineering cases,in order to provide reference for the treatment of similar problems.Research conclusions:(1)Based on the interaction mechanism of internal force transfer and the principle of friction resistance load,taking the pier as the vertical support and translation reaction system,the theoretical method of high-speed railway bridge moving beam is proposed to meet the safety conditions of high-speed railway operation.(2)Through numerical simulation calculation,it is proposed that the single lifting amount should be controlled within 10 mm,and the maximum translation amount should not exceed 30 mm.When the bridge pier is used for deviation correction,the maximum single translation should not exceed 10 mm.(3)Through the actual case verification,the overall accuracy of deviation correction and translation can be controlled at about 3 mm,which can fully meet the requirements of high-speed railway bridge settlement and offset treatment accuracy and track fine-tuning accuracy,and can realize the treatment of bridge pier settlement and offset disease at the same time.(4)This paper has a guiding significance for the settlement and offset treatment of high-speed railway bridges.
