摘 要:目的:探索将微信公众号融入医药卫生法学专业教学与自学的具体思路,以提高医药卫生法学专业教学质量。方法:以医药卫生法学专业为研究对象,综合运用文献研究法和观察法等多种研究方法。解读国家层面鼓励高等教育改革、推进教育信息化的政策文件,分析传统医药卫生法学专业教学与自学存在的问题,总结微信公众号这一信息检索平台和思维发散平台优势。结果:传统医药卫生法学专业教学与自学存在教材内容滞后、教学方法陈旧、教学课时少和学科融合度低等问题。微信公众号具有精准推送、覆盖面广和便于“碎片化”学习等特点,具备现实可操作性。意义:将微信公众号融入医药卫生法学专业教学与自学,一方面推进教育信息化;另一方面将理论研究和实践实务融合,提高教学效果,并对其他法学教育领域有研究和借鉴意义。Objective:To explore the specific idea of integrating WeChat official account into the teaching and self-study of medical health law major,so as to improve the teaching quality of medical health law major.Methods:The medical health law major was taken as the research object,and various research methods such as literature research and observation were comprehensively used.Interpret the policy documents of encouraging higher education reform and promoting education informatization at the national level,analyze the problems existing in the teaching and self-study of traditional medical health law specialty,and summarize the advantages of WeChat official account as an information retrieval platform and a platform for divergent thinking.Results:There are some problems in the teaching and self-study of traditional medical health law major,such as lagging teaching materials,outdated teaching methods,less teaching hours and low degree of subject integration.WeChat official account has the characteristics of accurate push,wide coverage and convenient"fragmented"learning,and has practical operability.Significance:Integrating WeChat official account into the teaching and self-study of medical and health law,on the one hand,promoting education informationization;On the other hand,the combination of theoretical research and practical practice can improve the teaching effect,and it has research and reference significance for other legal education fields.
