应用型本科院校大学生创新创业能力培养的路径探索

摘　　要：培养符合国家战略发展新需求、国际竞争新形势、区域经济社会发展新要求的创新型、创业型、实用型、复合型人才是新形势下应用型本科院校的重要任务。如何构建创新创业教育课程体系以及与之匹配的软硬件平台、管理机制是应用型本科院校有效开展创新创业教育的核心问题,而这也是当前创新创业教育发展中需要进一步加强与完善的方面。文章提出了以项目为载体,以创新创业竞赛为抓手,构建具有校本特色的创新创业教育生态系统,并为有效促进创新创业教育与专业教育融合,全面提高学生的工程实践能力、创新能力、创业能力,以及创新创业教育模式改革做富有启示性的探索。An important mission of application-oriented universities under the new situation is to cultivate the innovative,entrepreneurial,practical,and compound talents adapted to the new demands of national development strategy,the new situation of international competition,and the new requirement of regional economic and social development.How to establish a curriculum system for innovation and entrepreneurship education and its corresponding hardware and software platforms and management mechanism is the core issue for application-oriented universities to implement innovative and entrepreneurial education efficiently,and also an aspect to be further reinforced and perfected.To address these problems,this article argues that application-oriented universities can use projects as carriers and innovative&entrepreneurial competitions as channels to construct an innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem with characteristics of their own.The establishment of such an ecosystem is beneficial to the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education,and improves students’capacity in practice,innovation and entrepreneurship,which is also an enlightening exploration for the further reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education mode.
