摘 要:目的明确一起食源性聚集性病例的病原菌,并确认病原菌分离株的同源性。方法依据GB 4789和WS 271-2007进行病原菌分离鉴定,对分离鉴定的山夫登堡沙门菌采用脉冲场凝胶电泳(Pulsed Field Gel Electrophoresis, PFGE)技术进行分子分型。结果 1份食物样品和2份肛拭子样品共检出3株山夫登堡沙门菌。3株分离菌均对头孢唑啉耐药,对四环素、红霉素和萘啶酸中介敏感,对其余11种抗生素敏感。3株分离菌经PFGE得到同一种带型,PFGE图谱相似度为100%。结论根据临床与流行病学调查资料,结合实验室检测结果,确认此次食源性聚集性病例是由同一克隆山夫登堡沙门菌污染导致。PFGE在食源性致病菌的追踪溯源中发挥着重要作用。Objective Identify of the causative agent of a foodborne aggregation and confirmation of the homology of the pathogenic isolates.Methods The pathogenic bacteria were isolated and identified according to GB 4789 and WS 271-2007,and the molecular typing of the isolated Salmonella shaftenburg was genotyped by Pulsed Field Gel Electrophoresis(PFGE).Results A total of 3 strains of Salmonella sanfordenberg were detected in 1 food sample and 2 anal swabs.All there isolates were resistant to cefazolin,sensitive to tetracycline,erythromycin and nalidixic acid intermediates,and sensitive to the remaining 11 antibiotics.The same band type was obtained by PFGE for the three isolates and the PFGE profile was 100%similar.Conclusion According to the data of clinical and epidemiological investigation,combined with the laboratory test results,it was confirmed that this food-borne ciuster of cases was caused by contamination with the same clone of Salmonella sanfordenberg.PFGE plays an important role in the traceability of food-borne pathogens.
