摘 要:在现代军事作业中,实现高强度的发射炮弹对于火炮的质量要求极高,而对于炮弹发射,炮闩起着举足轻重的作用.本文主要通过对螺型炮闩进行了受力分析,同时结合对闩体静应力的仿真分析发现闩体不同位置闭锁齿受力存在不均匀性,经过优化锁齿之间的间隙,达到均衡闩体闭锁齿根部受力和降低最大应力的作用,可有效提高闩体的工作强度.in modern military operations,the quality of artillery is required to achieve high-intensity firing,and the bolt plays an important role in the firing of artillery.In this paper,through the force analysis of the bolt bolt,combined with the simulation analysis of the static stress of the bolt body,it is found that the force of the locking teeth at different positions of the bolt body is uneven.By optimizing the gap between the locking teeth,the force at the root of the locking teeth of the bolt body is balanced and the maximum stress is reduced,which can effectively improve the working strength of the bolt body.
