摘　　要：腰背痛是导致人群伤残调整生命年(Disability adjusted life year, DALY)重要危险因素之一。护士是职业性腰背痛的高发人群,严重影响其工作质量和生活质量,并导致大量直接和间接成本支出。临床实践指南是实现腰背痛有效管理的重要依据。复旦大学循证护理中心基于我国文化背景、护理人力配置实际情况及临床护理工作和任务特点,遵循循证理念和方法学要求,构建了国内外首部《护士职业性腰背痛预防与护理临床实践指南》,以期为我国各级各类医疗机构及护士个人做好职业性腰背痛管理提供参考依据。Low back pain is one of the major causes for population’s disability adjusted life year(DALY). Nurses are the group at the high-risk for occupational low back pain, which severely reduces the quality of nursing work and nurses’ personal life, resulting in abundant direct and indirect cost. Clinical practice guideline has been considered as an important tool to perform pain management. Based on the culture background, situation of nursing human resources and characteristics of clinical nursing in China, Evidence-based nursing center of Fudan university developed the Clinical practice guideline of Chinese nurses’ occupational low back pain prevention and care, which is the first guidance of its kind home and abroad. It is hoped that the guideline will assist in managing occupational low back pain for nurses in all kinds of medical institutions in China.
