摘 要:情感在在线学习过程中发挥着关键作用,是学习者适应在线学习的重要调节因素。当前研究大多将情感置于探究社区理论模型中,视情感临场感为一种与社会临场感、认知临场感、教学临场感对等的临场感,并且重点探索了情感临场感与其他三种临场感之间的相互依存关系,但很少有研究探索在线学习中情感临场感的内部特征与关系。为此,借鉴探究社区理论的临场感分类框架,运用社会网络分析方法对师范生的在线学习反思文本进行情感分析,以期挖掘在线学习情感临场感的发生和发展过程。结果表明:(1)在线学习环境下的情感临场感具有积极趋向性、局部紧密性和功能差异性;(2)与教学临场感相关的情感在构建在线学习情感临场感网络上扮演了更为重要的中介作用;(3)情感临场感区域之间存在多向流动关系。基于该研究结果,可构建出在线学习情感临场感三大区域(即教学相关情感区、社会相关情感区、独立情感区)之间的关系模型。该模型为促进在线学习的深入发展提供了可参考的情感策略:在线学习组织者应重视教学资源的建设,关注学习者对教学资源的情感反馈,形成教学因素发力、情感鼓励引导的良性循环。Emotion plays a key role in online learning,and is an important adjusting factor for learners to adapt to online learning.Most of the researches had put emotion in the Community of Inquiry Model regarding emotional presence as a kind of presence equivalent to social presence,cognitive presence and teaching presence,with a focus on exploring the interdependence between emotional presence and the other three kinds of presence.But few studies explored the internal characteristics and relationships of emotional presence in online learning.Therefore,with the classification framework of presence in the Community of Inquiry Model for reference,the study used the social network analysis to analyze the emotion of normal school students’online learning reflective texts,in order to explore the occurrence and development process of online learning emotional presence.The results showed as follows.Emotional presence in online learning environment had positive tendency,local closeness and functional differences;Emotion related to teaching presence played a more important intermediary role in constructing the emotional presence network in online learning;There was a multi-directional flow between areas of emotional presence.Based on the results of this study,the relationship model among the three major areas of emotional presence in online learning(namely,teaching-related emotional area,social-related emotional area and completely independent emotional area)could be constructed.The model provided an emotional strategy for reference to promote the in-depth development of online learning:online learning organizers should pay attention to the construction of teaching resources,concentrate on learners’emotional feedback on teaching resources,and form a virtuous circle including the exertion of teaching factors and the encouraging effect of emotion.
