摘  要:高校图书馆开展特色资源阅读推广活动,是其重要职能和核心业务,对高校精神文化认同、特色学科建设和教学科研具有重要作用。特色资源阅读活动的开展有利于营造良好学习氛围,丰富校园文化生活,培养阅读习惯,提高文化素养。文章以华南农业大学图书馆为例,提出开展特色资源阅读推广活动可以运用项目管理的方法进行策划组织、控制实施,并对活动的全过程进行评估反馈,总结经验教训,给出加强阅读推广制度建设、营造阅读推广环境、创建阅读推广品牌、创新阅读推广方式等四点策略。It is an important function and core business of university library to carry out the reading promotion activity of characteristic resources,which plays an important role in university spiritual and cultural identity,characteristic discipline construction,teaching and scientific research.The development of characteristic resource reading activity is conducive to creating a good learning atmosphere,enriching campus cultural life,cultivating reading habits and improving cultural literacy.Taking the library of South China Agricultural University as an example,the article proposes that the development of characteristic resource reading promotion activities can be planned,organized,controlled and implemented by using project management methods,and the entire process of the activity will be evaluated and fed back to summarize experience and lessons.The article gives four strategies:strengthening the construction of reading promotion system,creating a reading promotion environment,creating a reading promotion brand,and innovating reading promotion methods.
