易思维在国医大师徐经世辨证思维中的应用举隅

摘　　要：从简易、变易、不易三个方面举例阐释《周易》中的易思维在国医大师徐经世辨证思维中应用。第一,简易思维是指辨证论治要抓住关键病机,方可有的放矢,做到药少力专。第二,变易思维是指针对于同一致病因素作用于不同机体所引起的不同临床表现而采取不同的治法,病千变药亦千变。第三,不易思维是指坚守不易,只要识证无误,即要坚持守方的原则,症不变法亦不变。徐经世国医大师对疾病的辨证几乎处处蕴含了易思维的指导,故而研究中国传统文化与国医大师辨证思维之间的联系,对发扬光大中医药精粹具有重要意义。This paper illustrates the application of Yi thinking in Zhouyi in the dialectical thinking of TCM Master XUJingshi, from three aspects of simplicity, changeability and non-changeability. First, the simple thinking means that the keypathogenesisshould be grasped indialectical treatment,so as to have a targeted goal and achieve less force medicine. Second,the changeable thinking refers to the different treatments for different clinical manifestations caused by the same etiologocal fac-tor on different bodies,composition of prescription changed aiming at pathogenesis of illness. Third,the non-changeable think-ing means persistence,as long as the correctTCM syndrome types, that is, the main prescription should not be changed. TCMMaster XU Jing-shi’s dialectical thinking of diseases almost everywhere contains the guidance of Yi thinking,so it is of greatsignificance to carry forward the essence of traditional Chinese medicine to study the relationship between Chinese traditionalculture and the dialectical thinking of master XU Jingshi.
