大腹园蛛毒腺对Hela细胞作用的初步探究

摘  要:大腹园蛛毒素具有潜在的药用价值和开发前景,但其抗肿瘤研究并不清楚:本研究以Hela细胞为材料,初步研究了大腹园蛛毒腺组织对Hela细胞的作用。结果发现,大腹园蛛毒腺能明显抑制Hela细胞的增殖和迁移能力,降低细胞的线粒体膜电位。表明大腹园蛛毒腺可通过破坏线粒体活性实现对Hela细胞的抑制作用。本研究为进一步开发大腹园蛛毒素奠定了基础。Araneus ventricosus venom has potential medicinal value and development prospects,but its anti-tumor research is not clear.In this study,Hela cells were used as materials to study the effect of poison gland on Hela cells.The results showed that the poison gland of Araneus ventricosus could significantly inhibit the proliferation and migration ability of Hela cells and decrease the mitochondrial membrane potential of cells.It is suggested that the poison gland of Araneus ventricosus can inhibit Hela cells by destroying the activity of mitochondria.
