摘 要:高校是创新人才培养的基地,创生学习是创造生成新知识的学习。但研究发现,大学生存在创生学习失败的问题。了解大学生创生学习失败的原因,对于优化大学生创生学习方式,提高大学生创新能力等具有重要的价值。通过对32名有创生学习失败经历的在校大学生进行深度访谈,依据扎根理论,利用NVivo12质性分析工具辅助进行三级编码,归纳总结出大学生创生学习失败的原因,并对其进行研究。研究发现,大学生创生学习失败受到来自内外部多种因素的影响:同属群体的负向影响是导致创生学习失败的环境因素;自我驱动力低是导致创生学习失败的直接原因;资料寻径、意会与整合能力低是导致创生学习失败的主要原因;观点缺失是导致创生学习失败的根本原因。Colleges and universities are the bases for cultivating innovative talents,and creative learning is the learning of creating and generating new knowledge.However,the study found that college students have the problem of creative learning failure.To understand the causes of the failure of creative learning is of great value to optimize the way of creative learning and improve the innovative thinking and ability of college students.By conducting in-depth interviews with 32 college students who have failed in creative learning,according to the grounded theory and using NVIVO12 qualitative analysis tool to conduct three-level coding,the reasons for the failure in creative learning of college students are summarized.It is found that the creative learning failure of col lege students is influenced by various internal and external factors:the negative influence of the same group is the group environment factor;Low ego driving force is the direct cause of creative learning failure;The main reasons for the failure of creative learning are the low ability of data path finding,intention and integration.The lack of viewpoint is the fundamental reason for the failure of creationism learning.
