摘  要:目的对麻醉科住院医师规范化培训中基于问题的学习教学法(PBL)结合基于临床案例的教学法(CBL)的应用效果进行分析。方法以于我院进行规范化培训的180名麻醉科住院医师为研究对象,分传统教学组(90名)和PBL结合CBL组(90名)。PBL结合CBL组采用PBL结合CBL进行规范化培训,传统教学组采用常规教学法进行规范化培训,对比分析2组规范化培训结束后理论测评、技能测评及医疗规范表现测评的及格率差异。结果PBL结合CBL组医师的理论测评、技能测评及医疗规范表现测评的及格率均明显好于传统教学组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用PBL结合CBL对麻醉科住院医师进行规范化培训,可有效提升麻醉科住院医师的理论成绩和技能成绩,是一种对麻醉科住院医师进行规范化培训的有效教学方案。Objective The application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)in the standardized training of anesthesiology residents.Methods The 180 anesthesiology residents trained in our hospital were divided into traditional teaching group(n=90)and PBL combined CBL group(n=90).PBL combined with CBL group using PBL and CLB teaching method for standardized training,traditional teaching group using conventional teaching method for standardized training,theoretical evaluation,skills evaluation and medical standard performance evaluation of the pass rate were compared between the two groups.Results The pass rate of PBL combined with the theoretical evaluation,skill evaluation and medical standard performance evaluation of CBL group of doctors was significantly better than that of the traditional teaching group,and the comparison between the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized training of anesthesiology residents by PBL combined with CBL can not only effectively improve the theoretical and technical achievements of anesthesiology residents,but also improve the medical standard performance behavior of anesthesiology residents.It is an effective teaching scheme for standardized training of anesthesiology residents.
