摘　　要：数据控制模型精度高、工艺复杂,而内饰数据控制模型更具有零件多、结构复杂及设计难度高的特点。文章通过骨架设计、零件设计及辅助工装设计,重点论述了局部内饰DKM设计工艺,同时探索了一种骨架轻量化设计方法,通过实例验证了这种方法的可行性,不断的总结和工艺优化有助于提升DKM质量。The data control model has high precision and complicated process,while the interior data control model has the characteristics of many parts,complex structure and high difficulty.In this paper,the local interior DKM design process is discussed through the skeleton design,part design,auxiliary tooling design points,and a skeleton lightweight design method is explored.The feasibility of this method is verified through examples.The continuous summary and optimization of the process is helpful to improve the quality of DKM.
