摘　　要：目的:探究HHLA2在人食管癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:以69例食管癌患者为研究对象,分别取患者肿瘤组织标本和癌旁组织标本开展对比性研究,对比两组标本中HHLA2的表达情况,及其表达水平与患者一般资料、肿瘤病理特征的关系。结果:经对比,肿瘤组织中HLLA2的表达量显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),且与浸润程度(T)、淋巴结转移(M)、TNM分期等临床分期表达以及年龄、性别、饮酒史、家族史、生存状态均无相关性(P>0.05),仅与吸烟史有一定的相关性(P<0.05)。结论:HHLA2与食管癌的发生有一定的相关性,是潜在的免疫治疗靶点。Objective:To explore the expression of HHLA2 in human esophageal cancer and its clinical significance.Methods:Sixty-nine patients with esophageal cancer were selected as the research object,and a comparative study was conducted on tumor tissue samples and paracancerous tissue samples of the patients.The expression of HHLA2 in the two groups,and the relationship between the expression level and the general data of the patients,the pathological characteristics of the tumor were compared.Results:The expression of HLLA2 in tumor tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues(P<0.05),and had no correlation with the degree of infiltration(T),lymph node metastasis(M),TNM stages,age,sex,alcohol history,family history,survival status,but had a certain correlation with smoking history(P<0.05).Conclusion:HHLA2 has a certain correlation with the occurrence of esophageal cancer,and is a potential target of immunotherapy.
