局部药物联合牙周基础治疗对糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的疗效探究

摘　　要：目的:研究局部药物联合牙周基础治疗在糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓治疗中的应用效果。方法:86例糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者均为某院2018年2月~2019年5月接收,根据先后入院时间分为对照组和研究组各43例,对照组开展单一的局部药物治疗,研究组接受局部药物联合牙周基础治疗,统计两组临床治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率是90.69%,与对照组的72.09%相比更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在VAS评分方面,治疗前,两组对比差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组同对照组相比更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓疾病治疗过程中,采取局部药物联合牙周基础治疗,可以减轻患者糜烂、充血等临床病症,同时缓解疼痛程度。Objective:To study the effect of local drugs combined with periodontal base treatment on erosive oral lichen planus erosion.Methods:In this study,86 patients with erosive oral lichen planus admitted to a hospital from February 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the time of admission,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received a single local drug treatment,while the research group received local drug combined with periodontal basic treatment,and the clinical treatment effect was calculated.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 90.69%,which was higher than that in the control group(72.09%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of VAS score,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference between the study group and the control group was was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus disease,local drugs combined with periodontal basic treatment can reduce the erosion,congestion and other clinical symptoms of patients,and relieve the pain.
