奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶联合表柔比星经肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)治疗原发性肝癌合并HIV/AIDS的临床效果

摘　　要：目的原发性肝癌合并HIV/AIDS患者采用奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶联合表柔比星经肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)治疗的效果分析。方法将该院2018年4月至2020年5月收治的78例原发性肝癌合并HIV/AIDS患者采用随机数字表法分成2组,分别为对照组与观察组,前者采用奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶经TACE术治疗,后者在此基础上联合表柔比星治疗,对比两组取得的治疗效果及出现的不良反应。结果观察组的治疗有效率为74.36%,较对照组明显提升(51.28%,P<0.05);观察组不良反应率为28.21%,对照组为20.51%,观察组多于对照组,但组间对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论针对原发性肝癌合并HIV/AIDS患者,奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶联合表柔比星经TACE术治疗不仅效果显著且安全性高,为临床提供良好的借鉴及参考价值。Objective To analyze the effect of transhepatic arterial chemoembolization(TACE)treatment with oxaliplatin,fluorouracil combined with epirubicin in patients with primary liver cancer and HIV/AIDS.Methods 78 patients with primary liver cancer combined with HIV/AIDS admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to May 2020 were divided into 2 groups by random number table method.They were the control group and the observation group.The former was treated with oxaliplatin,oxaliplatin,and AIDS.Fluorouracil was treated by TACE,and the latter was combined with epirubicin on this basis.The treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effective rate of 74.36%of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(51.28%,P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 28.21%,and the control group was 20.51%.Although the observation group was more than the control group,There was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with primary liver cancer with HIV/AIDS,oxaliplatin,fluorouracil combined with epirubicin via TACE treatment is not only effective and safe,and provides a good reference and reference value for clinical use.
