摘 要:为进一步提高少片变截面钢板弹簧的分析、设计精度,分析了叶片曲率对其力学特性的影响。根据实际结构特征建立了考虑叶片曲率影响的少片变截面钢板弹簧上、下表面曲线的构造方法,进而利用SolidWorks软件搭建了其三维仿真模型,并利用台架试验对该方法的正确性进行了验证,在此基础上探究了叶片曲率对少片变截面钢板弹簧力学特性的影响规律。结果表明:叶片向上弯曲时,随着曲率的增大,少片簧的刚度逐渐减小,应力逐渐增大;叶片向下弯曲时,随着曲率的增大,少片簧的刚度逐渐增大,应力逐渐减小。In order to further improve the analysis and design accuracy of taper leaf spring,the paper analyzes the influence of spring leaf curvature on its mechanical properties.According to the actual structural characteristics,a construction method of the upper and lower surface curves of taper leaf spring is built considering the influence of the spring leaf curvature.Then,a three-dimensional simulation model of the leaf spring is built by SolidWorks,and the correctness of the method is verified by bench test.On this basis,the rule of influence of spring leaf curvature on the mechanical properties of taper leaf spring is studied.The results show that,when the spring leaf is bent upwards,with the increase of curvature,the stiffness of taper leaf spring gradually decreases and the stress gradually increases;when the leaf is bent downward,with the increase of curvature,the stiffness of taper leaf spring gradually increases and the stress gradually decreases.
