摘　　要：采用水提醇溶法提取惠楼山药中的多糖成分.利用Box-Benhnken法进行试验设计,用响应面法优化试验,最终确定的试验方案为:提取温度85℃,乙醇浓度80%,提取时间2.5 h,得到最终惠楼山药中的多糖提取得率为0.31%.Polysaccharides in yam were extracted by water extraction and alcohol dissolution.The box-benhnken method was used to design the experiment,and the response surface method was used to optimize the experiment.The final experimental scheme was as follows:the extraction temperature was 85℃,the ethanol concentration was 80%,and the extraction time was 2.5 h.The final extraction yield of Polysaccharides from Dioscorea opposita Thunb was 0.31%.
