摘 要:收集某三级甲等综合性医院放射科2016年1月~2020年10月医患纠纷共80例,采用因果分析法找出放射科纠纷的主要原因,其中52例来源于人员层面,20例来源于医院管理层面;人员层面中,23例来源于患者及家属、20例来源于前台登记及取结果处,9例来源于医护人员;管理层面中,主要原因为患者检查前的管理不到位,报告11例。针对纠纷的主要原因,建议加强患者健康宣教、强化医护人员服务观念、加强医患沟通和医德医风建设;在管理上合理安排人力和班次、改进检查流程、改善患者就医环境、健全管理制度、树立法制观念、增强法律意识。A total of 80 cases of doctor-patient disputes were collected in the radiology department of a Grade A general hospital from January 2016 to October 2020.The causality analysis method was applied to find out the main causes of disputes in radiology department,52 cases had relevance to personnel,while 20 cases had relevance to hospital management.In personnel disputes,23 cases involved patients and their family members,20 cases involved registration and test report distribution departments,and 9 cases involved medical care personnel.In terms of management,poor management prior to examination was the main reason which could be detected in 11 cases.In view of the common causes of disputes,it was suggested to strengthen the health education among patients,reinforce service awareness among medical personnel,improve doctor-patient communication and the construction of medical ethics.In terms of management,we should reasonably arrange manpower and shift,improve the inspection process,improve the patient's medical environment,perfect the management system,establish the legal concept and enhance the legal consciousness.
