“时复病”因机治要之探析

摘　　要：中医学是在时间的进程中认识疾病,探讨疾病的发生、发展、变化规律的。中医“时复病”是一类典型的时间性病症,指在某一季节患某病,过季即止,来年在该季复发如初的一类病症,具有年节律性、复发性、自限性及个体性4大特点。正虚邪伏为时复病发病之因,内外相引为时复病发病之机,或因人体内外环境不相适应,引起伏邪自发,或因新感时令外邪引动体内伏邪以诱发。基于对时复病发病机制的认识,治疗上强调因时制宜,通过因四时调脏腑阴阳、因四时调气机升降、因四时调身体寒热、因四时驱邪外出等顾护正气、祛邪外出,同时还要注意通过静息期调理和日常保健进行瘥后防复,方可有效治愈时复病。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)understands the disease and discusses the law of the occurrence,development and change of the over time.The“Shi fu”disease of TCM is a kind of typical time-related disease,which refers to a kind of disease that occurs in a certain season,ends immediately after the end of the season,and relapses as before in that season in the coming year,which has the characteristics of annual rhythm,recurrence,self-limitation and individuality.The syndrome of lingering pathogen due to deficient vital qi is the cause of the“Shi fu”disease,or due to the incompatibility of the internal and external environment of the human body.It may cause the latent evil spontaneously,or cause the external evil to induce the internal and external evil to induce the recurrent disease.Based on the understanding of the pathogenesis of chronic relapse,the treatment emphasizes measures according to the times.By regulating Zang-fu yin and yang in four seasons,the treatment is rising and falling by four seasons air conditioner,adjusting body cold and heat in four seasons,going out by exorcising evil spirits in four seasons,etc.Meanwhile,we should also pay attention to post-morbid prevention and recovery through rest period conditioning and daily health care in order to cure recurrent illness effectively.
