摘　　要：据统计显示,目前我国人口总抚养比大幅度提升,每一位劳动人口所需要抚养的人数呈上升状态,人口老龄化进一步加剧,高龄化现象日趋严重。伴随的老龄化护理服务需求亦日益增加,专业型养老护理人才供给远不能满足社会实际需求。目前菏泽市将养老事业发展视为重中之重,但目前仍然存在养老服务等政策不落地,养老制度不健全,机构运营不乐观,养老专业人才支撑不足等问题。通过结合菏泽市当前养老问题现状,着重探讨养老护理服务人才培养策略。According to statistics,the total dependency ratio of China’s population has increased significantly,the number of people that each working population needs to support is on the rise,and the aging of the population is further aggravated.With the increasing demand of aging nursing service,the supply of professional elderly nursing talents is far from meeting the actual needs of the society.At present,Heze regards the development of elderly nursing as the top priority,but there are still some problems,such as the elderly nursing policy is not implemented,the system is not perfect,the operation of institutions is not optimistic,the lack of professionals and so on.Combined with the current elderly nursing situation in Heze,this paper focuses on the training strategy of nursing service talents for the aged.
