基于新《大纲》体能考核成绩的分析与反思--以西南某航空公司为例

摘　　要：体能考核成绩反映了我国航空安全员当前体能水平现状,也在一定程度上反映了我国航空安全员体能训练的质量和效果。依据新《大纲》标准对西南某航空公司94名现役男性航空安全员体能测试成绩进行分析,研究发现,体能考核新科目整体上推进较为顺利,但受新冠肺炎疫情影响,反映心肺能力的3000米跑项目依然是训练考核的难点,应引起高度重视。研究同时深入分析了各项目训练和考核存在相关缺失,并据此提出了相关对策措施。The physical fitness test results reflect the current physical fitness level of our country’s aviation safety officers,and also reflect the quality and effect of our country’s aviation safety officers’physical training to a certain extent.According to the new syllabus standards,an analysis of the physical fitness test scores of 94 active male aviation safety officers of a southwest airline company was conducted.The study found that the new physical fitness test subjects were progressed smoothly on the whole.But because of the COVID-19 pandemic,the 3000-meter race,which reflects cardiopulmonary ability,is still a difficult point in training and test,and should be taken seriously.The research also deeply analyzes the related deficiencies in the training and test of each project,and proposes relevant countermeasures accordingly.
