摘　　要：腈纶丝疵点和泛白成为困扰质量的难点,也是提高质量的重点。疵点指标差,直接造成腈纶丝质量降等。而泛白虽不是量化的质量指标,但对质量有内在的不利影响。本文针对上述两种质量问题,就其产生的原因和解决办法进行分析和探讨。The defect and whitening of acrylic fiber become the difficulties and the key points of the quality improvement.The defect index is poor,which directly causes the quality decline of the acrylic fiber.Although whitening is not a quantitative quality index,it has an inherent adverse effect on quality.In view of the above two kinds of quality problems,this paper analyzes and discusses their causes and solutions.
