正畸托槽结扎固定术治疗青少年外伤性牙齿脱位的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨正畸托槽结扎固定术治疗青少年外伤性牙齿脱位的应用方法和临床疗效。方法:选取我院2018年6月至2020年6月期间收治的青少年外伤性牙齿脱位患者,共计68例,以随机数字表法将其分为34例观察组和34例对照组,对照组患者采用金属丝结扎固定术治疗,观察组患者应用正畸托槽结扎固定术治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、发生牙周组织萎缩、牙齿松动等并发症以及满意度。结果:观察组治疗后在痊愈、有效和无效的对应例数分别为23例、10例和1例,为97.1%的治疗效率,比对照组的79.4%更高(P<0.05)。观察组患者只出现1例牙齿松动,并发症发生率为2.9%,对照组出现3例牙周组织萎缩和6例牙齿松动的问题,并发症发生率为26.5%,高于观察组(P<0.05)。满意度方面,观察组患者非常满意28例,满意6例,总满意度高达100%,高于对照组的91.2%,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:通过正畸托槽结扎固定术的方式为青少年外伤性牙齿脱位患者进行治疗,固定效果较好,治疗有效率高,并发症少,安全可靠,具有很高的应用价值。Objective:To explore the application method and clinical effect of orthodontic bracket ligation for the treatment of traumatic tooth dislocation in adolescents.Methods:A total of 68 adolescent patients with traumatic tooth dislocation admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected.They were divided into 34 observation groups and 34 control groups by random number table method.The control group patients Treatment with wire ligation and orthodontic bracket ligation was used in the observation group.The clinical treatment effect,the occurrence of periodontal tissue atrophy,tooth loosening and other complications and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,23 patients in the observation group were cured,10 were effective,and 1 was ineffective.97.1%the total effective rate,which was higher than the total effective rate of 79.4%in the control group,P<0.05.In the observation group,there was only 1 case of tooth loosening,with a complication rate of 2.9%.The control group had 3 cases of periodontal tissue atrophy and 6 cases of tooth loosening.The complication rate was 26.5%,which was higher than that in the observation group,P<0.05.In terms of satisfaction,28 patients in the observation group were very satisfied and 6 patients were satisfied.The total satisfaction rate was as high as 100%,which was higher than 91.2%in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The use of orthodontic bracket ligation for the treatment of traumatic tooth dislocation in adolescents has good fixation effect,high treatment efficiency,few complications,safety and reliability,and has high application value.
