摘  要:居民医疗保险管理建设,作为国家社会保障体系的重要组成部分,是国家维护和健全保障社会稳定、患者健康的有力基础。为保证医疗事业能够健康、可持续地发展,对医保进行适当的改革是不可避免的。医改变革的同时,医保管理者也随之面临新的挑战。本文就当前医改局面下医疗机构及医保人才管理的特点进行了阐述,并进一步提出了相应加强人才管理的措施,以不断地提高医院医保的管理水平。As an important part of the national social security system,the construction of residents’medical insurance management is a powerful foundation for the country to maintain and improve social stability and patient health.In order to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of medical services,it is inevitable to carry out appropriate reform of medical insurance.At the same time of medical reform reform,medical insurance managers also face new challenges.This paper expounds the characteristics of medical institutions and medical insurance talent management under the current situation of medical reform,and further puts forward corresponding measures to strengthen talent management,so as to continuously improve the management level of medical insurance in hospitals.
